"Slime" Greads - Release Tomorrow! Over 80 combinations.

As some of you may have already seen, I've been working on some new Gread figures. This time around, each figure will be sitting in a little pool of "slime". No paint, just resin. Pretty straight forward.

The sale, however, won't be like anything I've done before. For this particular release, the figures will be made to order. You will get to choose from at least a couple colors for the Gread, and several colors for the "slime". I have not decided on final colors yet so you will have to just come by on release day to find out what your options are. I could go with just a few colors for each, or I could get out of hand and give you way more choices than you really need.

**UPDATE - Color choices have been made and you will have over 80 color combinations to choose from. I hope that is enough for everyone.**

On to sale info and pricing, pre orders begin on Tuesday, Jan. 31st at noon EST. Price will be $20 each + flat $3 shipping in the US. Bagged with a header card as always.

Holiday Ornaments for 2011

I've had this idea floating around for a couple years now and though it was about time I went ahead with it. I wasn't sure what material but after a liter research I decided that foam would be the best choice. Obviously solid resin would be way too heavy and I wasn't crazy about the idea of roto casting them by hand.

Because these ornaments are cast in foam, they are very light weight and easy to hang. Depending on how these do, I'd like to make it something I do every year.

These are available starting now, through tomorrow (Sunday) night in the store. Two days only, then they are gone.

I didn't want to go overboard one the colorways for these so I only did two, fittingly enough, red and green.

Pricing is $15 each, plus $3.00 flat shipping in the states. They will come only bagged because if you buy one, I expect the packaging to be thrown away and the ornament hung somewhere.

For any that are sold, I'm hoping to be able to have them to they're destinations by Friday, Dec. 23, but there is the chance that they could be late. Just keep that in mind if ordering.

Second Funguhs and New Teuth Colorways

Planned to release Tuesday of next week, 9/6. I based the paint job on these off of the piece I submitted to the resin show at TAG. Normal prices, $15 for the Funguhs, $20 for the Teuth.

I'll make a couple sets available also, for $30. More if there is interest.

Tenacious Toys Exclusive - Fire & Ice Greads

New mini figure Funguhs

I've been posting pictures of this new figure this past week so I guess its time for some more info.

He's a new mini figure called Funguhs. At about 2", he's just a bit taller than a Gread. These first two colorways will be going on sale Friday, August 12th at noon, EST, that's tomorrow. Price is $15 each, bagged with a header card as usual.

New Greads at SDCC

I've made some new Greads to bring with me to SDCC this year. I'm not calling it an exclusive because the ones left over will go up in the shop after the con, so they're not really exclusive, are they? These are cast in a clear smokey color resin with a pink pearl spray.

I'll be carrying these with me all four days so you'll have to find me if you want one. I'll be in and out of panels most days, so the best way would be to send me a message or an e-mail.

These are going to run $15 and like always, come bagged with a header card.

Tenacious Toys Exclusive Greads

This time around for my Gread figure, I did an exclusive set for Tenacious Toys. These are a blue tint with a pearl spray.

They will be available on Saturday, July 16 at 5:00 PM EST for $15 each in the Tenacious Toys Exclusives Section. Each figure comes bagged with a header card.

As for the next colorway, it may be around very soon so make sure to check back often.

Last week, I was thinking and I realized I hadn't given anything away as of yet, so that is precisely what I intend to do. The main reason I want to do this is to thank everyone that has bought a figure from me, helped advertise my stuff, gave me feedback (good or bad), or anything else really. I've been doing this for a bit over a year now and all the support I have gotten has made it a lot of fun. So, thank you to everyone reading this.

TAG Resin Toy Juried Show

For the TAG Resin Show, I sent in one of my new Teuth figures. This one is gray with blue GID eyes, my favorite so far.
The show was an open call to any resin toy makers to submit pieces. Glowing Eyed Greads!

I'm going to make this short. Tomorrow, I'll be attending Toy Street in NYC. I decided I wanted something to bring with me and had wanted to do these for a while, so what better time than now.

I made up 3 green Greads with blue GID eyes. They are the only ones that will be made in this colorway. Perhaps I'll do one more with GID eyes but who knows. I'll be carrying these on me so if you are interested come find me. Price is $20 and they bagged with a header card.

Kaiju for Japan

So the Kaiju For Japan sale is just about here and I thought it was about time to share my donation to the fund raiser. It's a new figure I've been working on named "Teuth"

This will be the first colorway of this figure. He stands about 3 1/2" tall, hand cast and painted by me. Limited to 5 pieces and will run $20 each, bagged with a header card.

SDCC 2010 Exclusive Greads

This year, at SDCC, I've got my first exclusive as you can tell from the title of this post. I'm releasing two new colorways of my resin Gread figure, clear with blue eyes, and a Zombie Gread.

They are going to be available at the Dragatomi Booth #3848 for $25 each. Limited to only 5 of each colorway. They come packaged in the standard bag and header card.

Gread - GOLD

This past weekend, I decided it was about time for at least one new Gread colorway, so here he is....

This one, as you can see is metallic gold with a gloss finish. One of my favorites so far.

They'll be releasing this Friday, June 25th at noon EST here. Same deal as before, $10 each and flat $2 for US shipping. I may even release one more new color along with this one, you know, to keep things interesting.

I want to introduce the first figure under the Dead Hand name, Gread (pronounced Greed). Gread is a small, slow swamp dweller. His three large eyes are very good for seeing in the dark swamp water, which is about all he can do. His lack of limbs makes it very hard to get around.

This is a hand cast and painted resin mini figure. He stands at 1" by 1.5" round. The first two color ways go on sale HERE Friday, May 7th at 12pm Eastern time for $10 each. Five of each. They come packaged bagged with a header card. More info and pictures soon.
